Thrifty White Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Clerk in Devils Lake, ND to deliver friendly, accurate service at the point of sale while keeping the store clean and organized. The role requires greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and participating in program enrollment and medication synchronization.

Successful candidates will have excellent customer service, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Assist with enrolling patients in Thrifty White programs (Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, HealthyPackRx).
• Receive, unpack, stock, and organize merchandise; maintain pharmacy area cleanliness.
• Support health aids department maintenance if needed.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies and changing processes.
• Be flexible with duties and willing to help across the store and nearby locations.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality to fulfill essential functions.

Pharmacy Clerk

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking full‑time Pharmacy Clerk in Devils Lake, ND to provide excellent customer service by completing the sales transaction process for customers in a friendly, accurate and timely fashion. To maintain clean, neat pharmacy work areas. To greet all customers and offer assistance.

A few of the primary responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.
• Receives, unpacks and checks merchandise to verify all merchandise is received and in acceptable condition. Stocks, cleans and sorts pharmacy product.
• Responsibilities may include health aids department maintenance.
• Able to learn and implement new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis.
• Able to maintain flexibility in new or changing work roles and the modification of job responsibilities as required.
• Willing to help anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed.
• Good attendance and punctuality is required in order to fulfill the essential job functions.
