Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year professional pharmacy experience required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Review pharmacy claims submitted through the CVS Health claims processing systems.
• Identify and rectify claim inaccuracies that could lead to client over-payment.
• Contact pharmacies to obtain proper documentation ensuring correct claims submissions.
• Monitor assigned clients and report status regularly.
• Follow policies for corrections of inaccurate claim submissions.
