Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. seeks a System Pharmacy Charge & Compliance Analyst to ensure accurate charging, billing, and reimbursement across outpatient hospital departments.

You will align charges with CMS/HRSA and payer requirements, and liaise between pharmacy operations, revenue cycle, and finance to prevent revenue leakage. The role requires an active CA OR HI Pharmacy Technician license, recent IV compounding experience in a hospital setting or infusion center, and at least

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in CA, OR, or HI.
• IV compounding experience (within last year) in inpatient hospital setting or infusion center.
• Three years' experience in hospital or health system pharmacy, revenue integrity, billing, or compliance.
• Experience with Epic Resolute, Cerner Revenue Cycle, or similar EMR/billing systems.
• High School/GED or Associate/Technical Degree preferred.
• Background in oncology infusion center preferred.
• Background in 340B compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate charging, billing, and reimbursement across outpatient hospital departments.
• Bridge pharmacy operations, revenue cycle, compliance, and finance to prevent revenue leakage.
• Maintain awareness of CMS/HRSA and payer requirements and ensure compliance.
• Support 340B programs and infusion-center charging as applicable.
