Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and provide courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Assist customers with products, services, and questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Help customers locate items and guide them to aisles when possible.
• Process returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks per policy.
• Maintain store appearance, restock shelves, and price merchandise as directed.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and follow QA procedures.
• Support inventory checks and asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
