Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy in Auburn, AL is seeking a Pre-Grad Intern to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced community pharmacy. You will learn to improve customer health and wellness while advocating for patient wellbeing in our team-oriented environment.

You will assist with processing prescriptions, maintain confidentiality, stock supplies, and support patient care by assessing needs and guiding clinical therapies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school.
• Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records according to Company policies and guidelines.
• Help with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases.
• Deliver patient care by recognizing the patient, assessing their needs, and helping navigate clinical therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
