Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy in Derby, VT is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care, accurately processing prescriptions and counseling customers on medications. You will administer immunizations and support Walmart’s health programs, while ensuring all regulatory and policy requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a PharmD or B.Pharm with NABP licensure, be able to teach and guide staff on service excellence, and demonstrate adaptability to diverse patient

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree (PharmD or B.Pharm) and NABP licensure.
• Active license required by start date.
• Completion of ACPE accredited immunization training.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and dispensing prescriptions.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription needs.
• Administer immunizations and related programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Model and mentor pharmacy staff on customer service.
