Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation seeks a Pharmacy Billing Specialist to process third-party claims online for medications furnished to insured patients. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of healthcare billing or pharmacy operations experience.
Responsibilities include handling on-line billing, verifying claim eligibility, securing prior authorizations, and coordinating with Patient Benefit Coordinators and Pharmacy staff.

The primary purpose of this position is to process third party claims (billing and collection) on-line to pharmacy insurance carriers for the cost of pharmaceuticals furnished to patients who are covered by health insurance policies and have received treatment at the facility. Also, provides pharmacy claim processing for non-beneficiaries who receive medical services at the facility.
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one (1) year experience related to pharmaceutical terminology, billing, or general pharmacy operations
