You will verify pharmacy and medical benefits, load patient insurance details in CPR+ and ensure accurate coordination of benefits for each order. The role supports providers and patients with timely, accurate benefit information.

Requirements include 1+ year of pharmacy or benefits verification experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: associate degree, PTCB, and CPR+ proficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with pharmacy or benefits verification experience.
• Desired: associate degree or equivalent, PTCB certification.
• Experience with CPR+ and pharmacy insurance terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full benefits verification for pharmacy and medical benefits.
• Load patient demographics and insurance details into CPR+.
• Run test claims to obtain valid responses and determine reimbursement.
• Facilitate medical authorizations, LOAs, and TOAs when applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
