• Proficiency with MS Excel and standard audit tools.

Responsibilities

• Assign, rotate and prioritize audit work while setting expectations.
• Monitor productivity, quality, deadlines, capacity, and staffing needs.
• Lead huddles, coach staff, and act as escalation point for audits.
• Maintain and update pharmacy audit SOPs and templates.
• Conduct audits, review claims and supporting documentation.
