Texas Oncology Round Rock is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (IV Admixture) to join the team at Round Rock location. This full-time role supports IV admixture in a clinic/pharmacy setting, with alternating shifts and no weekends.
Roles range from Level 1 to Sr based on experience, providing opportunities to learn and grow in oncology support. Under supervision, technicians prepare medications, verify orders, manage inventory, and maintain compliance with state and USP guidelines.
Texas Oncology is looking for a Pharmacy Technician (IV Admixture) to join our team! This position will support the Round Rock location (2410 Round Rock Ave #150 Round Rock, Texas 78681). This is a full-time Monday - Friday position with alternating shifts between 8am-4:30pm and 8:30am-5pm. This position has no weekends, call ,or major holidays.
This position will be either a level 1, 2 or Sr based on candidate experience.

Under the direct supervision of a physician or registered pharmacist working within a clinic admixture room or licensed pharmacy, the Admixture Tech/Pharmacy Tech performs technical, non-judgmental aspects of medication preparation, distribution, record keeping, and inventory control. Tasks are subject to sequential or final verification by a registered nurse or a registered pharmacist. The role supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Specific state laws may regulate that only licensed individuals perform compounding or mixing responsibilities; hence, certain incumbents may be prohibited from these tasks.
The ideal candidate for the Pharmacy Tech position will have the following background and experience:

Physical Demands: Full range of body motion including manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Ability to read and note appropriate measurements. Requires sitting/standing for extensive periods. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 lbs. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
