Requirements

Ability to work variable shifts, weekends, and on-call coverage as assigned

EPIC Backfill Assignment – EPIC experience required

3 Pharmacists and 3 Pharmacy Technicians per shift

Orientation is fully billable

Facility call-offs are billable

Pharmacy Hours:

Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Saturday–Sunday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekend coverage required (up to every other weekend)

Closing pharmacist participates in on-call coverage until pharmacy reopens
