Job summary

You will mentor pharmacy technicians, maintain compliance with Meijer policies and state/federal laws, and support operations in the absence of the pharmacist in charge. Sign-on/relocation eligible for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Licensed and registered pharmacist in Michigan.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• Retail/Community pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of Meijer policies and state/federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Educate patients and provide immunizations.
• Mentor and supervise pharmacy technicians.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
• Ensure operations in the absence of the pharmacist in charge.
