Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP) is required.
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer is required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.
