Job summary

St. Mary’s Health Care System in Kentucky is seeking a part-time pharmacist to deliver comprehensive hospital pharmacy services, including dispensing, monitoring medications and biologics, and ensuring patient safety.

The role requires Georgia licensure, a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, and prior hospital or long-term care experience is preferred. Day shift, part-time hours, and equal opportunity employment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Georgia licensure requirements and hold a current Georgia Pharmacy License.

Provide comprehensive pharmacy services at St. Mary’s Health Care System utilizing concepts of pharmaceutical care. Including dispensing, control and monitoring medications and biological used in the facility. Changes should be evaluated and discussed with the Manager or Pharmacy Services

Licensure/Certification/Registration : Must have completed all Georgia Licensure requirements and maintain a current Georgia Pharmacy License.

Education: A Bachelor or Science degree in pharmacy or a PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

Experience: Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy or long-term care experience is desired.
