Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist for a per diem role at Green Bay Rehabilitation Hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The position offers a $65 per hour rate as part of a hospital care team focused on patient safety and effective pharmacotherapy.

Responsibilities include collaboration with nursing and medical staff, performing drug utilization reviews, monitoring therapies, and advising on cost-related prescribing decisions to support quality care.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Pharmacist required.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of national pharmacist regulations and standards of practice.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Consult with nursing and medical staff on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors or complaints.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews and prepare drug review criteria for medical staff approval.
• Monitor drug therapies as assigned by medical staff and suggest alternatives as appropriate.
• Consult with physician groups concerning financial risk management related to prescribing.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Current license as a Registered Pharmacist required
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
