Job summary
Balls Food Stores in Kansas seeks a licensed Pharmacist to lead clinical and dispensing services across our retail pharmacy locations.

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Kansas Board of Pharmacy.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- Current Immunization Certification (or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe in accordance with state regulations).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Ability to work at an assigned store location and maintain full compliance with all applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
Responsibilities
- Medication Safety & Dispensing Accuracy: Ensures all prescriptions are reviewed, verified, and dispensed in accordance with standards.
- Patient Care & Clinical Services: Delivers counseling, immunizations, and services to support patient health.
- Regulatory Compliance & Pharmacy Operations: Maintains compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and ensures efficient operations.
- Team Leadership & Oversight: Supervises pharmacy technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations.

- Medication Safety & Dispensing Accuracy: Ensures all prescriptions are accurately reviewed, verified, and dispensed in accordance with legal, clinical, and company standards to promote safe and effective patient care.
- Patient Care & Clinical Services: Delivers high-quality patient care through counseling, immunizations, and clinical services, supporting optimal medication outcomes and overall patient health.
- Regulatory Compliance & Pharmacy Operations: Maintains full compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws while ensuring safe, efficient, and organized pharmacy operations.
- Team Leadership & Oversight: Provides direct supervision and oversight of pharmacy technicians to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy operations.

- Required: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college or school of pharmacy
