Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in the state of employment.
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws, federal and state regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
- Warehouse work including lifting up to 20 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Verify medication quality assurance for all packet and bulk dispenses.
- Collaborate with staff pharmacists to ensure QA checks before shift end.
- Coordinate production tasks for new business lines with QA checks.
- Complete ancillary pharmacy housekeeping tasks and input dispensations.
- Answer clinical questions and provide clinical guidance.
- Investigate errors and report resolutions.
- Deliver pertinent pharmacy information to the distribution team.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and laws.
- Maintain customer satisfaction with the pharmacy team.
