Qualifications

• Must have valid Arizona pharmacy license
• Degree in pharmacy
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to patients in accordance with prescribed orders and applicable laws and regulations
• Administer vaccinations and other immunizations as required
• Monitor patients for adverse drug reactions and report any concerns to the prescribing physician
• Maintain accurate records of all medication dispensed, including patient information, medication details, and dosage instructions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the safe and appropriate use of medications
• Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical developments and industry best practices through continuous education and training
• Participate in staff meetings and other team activities to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment

Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy

Active Arizona State Board of Pharmacy license
