Penn Medicine is seeking a Pharmacy Manager who will oversee clinical and production services for patients. This includes ensuring the appropriateness of drug orders, monitoring patient responses, and maintaining documentation. The role requires a licensed Pharmacist and at least 1 year of experience with infusion therapies.
Working hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Additionally, responsibilities include safety assurance, staff training, and continuous quality improvement.

Manages the clinical and production pharmacy services provided to assigned patients. Checking of filled orders, supplies, pharmacy technicians and other pharmacist's work. Sterile compounding as needed or assigned. Hours of work: Generally Monday through Friday, 8:00A.M. to 6:00P.M. Incumbent will be required to rotate shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the operating needs of Penn Home IT, and to rotate on-call.
