University of Southern California is seeking a pharmacist to compound and dispense medications under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy. Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree and at least two years of experience in a hospital environment.
Required certifications include a current California Pharmacist license and BCLS/ACLS certifications. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $64 to $105, depending on qualifications and experience.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, and in accordance with standard procedures, compounds and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written prescriptions from physician. Begins and/or monitors pharmacist clinical activities as needed based on existing or new provider orders.
The hourly rate range for this position is $64 - $105.
