Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to provide expert-level pharmacy consulting, educate patients on medications, and deliver clinical services including immunizations. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance while mentoring staff.

The role emphasizes patient-focused care and collaboration within a retail pharmacy environment. Eligible candidates bring a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with active licensure and immunization certification; retail experience is preferred.

Formación

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment.
