Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D. or equivalent degree.
• Oregon Pharmacist License required within 3 months of hire.
• Eligible for licensure in Oregon within 90 days with supervision by a licensed pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Consults with health care practitioners to optimize patient drug therapy plans and outcomes.
• Reviews, interprets, and fills prescriptions to ensure patient safety.
• Compounds and prepares medications; supervises compounding when required.
• Maintains compliant, cost-conscious practice and supports continuous quality improvement.
