Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the district states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of retail pharmacist experience including prescription filling, verification, records and insurance, and pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
