Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team in New Jersey. You’ll provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consultations, educate patients on medications, immunizations, and cost-effective options, and deliver clinical services including immunizations and medication therapy management.

Responsibilities include ensuring medication safety through accurate dispensing, regulatory compliance, and mentoring fellow team members in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver immunizations and clinical services, including MTM.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
