Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year experience in retail pharmacy including prescription filling and verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical services including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and MTM.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing and compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
