Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a pharmacist to provide expert-level consulting, educate patients on medications, and deliver clinical services including immunizations and MTM. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance while mentoring the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects and cost-effective options.
• Deliver immunizations, diagnostic testing and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
