Walgreens is hiring a Pharmacist to join our patient-focused pharmacy team in Kentucky. You will provide expert-level consulting, educate patients on medications, and deliver immunizations and medication therapy management.

Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited program.
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
