Job summary

Walmart Inc. Salisbury, NC is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care, dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, and administer immunizations in a fast-paced community setting.

You will work to the top of your license, uphold HIPAA/PHI guidelines, and mentor pharmacy staff while delivering patient‑centered care aligned with Walmart’s standards. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsor).

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
• Counsel customers regarding healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
