Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the district states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Interest in continuing education and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consultations to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost options.
• Deliver immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety thru accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy staff in a collaborative environment.
