Fry's Food Stores in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to manage prescription services in a fast-paced retail pharmacy. You will ensure accuracy, counsel patients, and support vaccines administration while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include inventory control, recordkeeping, equipment maintenance, and staff training to uphold a professional, courteous pharmacy environment and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Second language proficiency (speaking, reading, and/or writing).
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers’ prescription needs with focus on accuracy.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure pharmacies comply with HIPAA and applicable laws.
• Maintain records, inventory, and security of drugs; follow store procedures.
• Maintain a clean, professional pharmacy image and customer service.
• Monitor stock, pricing, planograms, and recalls per policy.
• Operate and maintain pharmacy equipment and signage.
• Ensure staff are knowledgeable of policies and practices.
