Job summary

Fred Meyer, part of The Kroger Company, is seeking a licensed pharmacist in a retail setting to provide exceptional pharmacy services in the Portland area. You will fill prescriptions with accuracy, counsel patients, and administer vaccines as needed.

Maintain regulatory compliance, manage inventory and equipment, and uphold the company’s standards for privacy, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required and licensure active in good standing.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Basic math skills for dosage calculations and dispensing accuracy.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle stress.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill prescription needs with high accuracy.
• Administer vaccines when needed and provide counseling.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all laws.
• Maintain records, inventory, and security of scheduled drugs.
• Operate and maintain pharmacy equipment and tools.
