Fred Meyer, located at 1101 Grants Pass Pkwy, Grants Pass, OR 97526, seeks a Pharmacist to fulfill prescription needs with high accuracy and administer vaccines as needed. You will counsel patients, ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards, and maintain inventory, records and a professional store image.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, a Pharmacy Board License, and a Pharmacist License, plus retail experience and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, adding, subtracting).
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Second language skills (speaking, reading or writing) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill customers’ prescription needs with high accuracy.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws (HIPAA).
• Maintain professional image and pharmacy standards.
• Develop knowledge of the trade area and competition.
• Monitor inventory, scheduling, budgets, and recalls per policy.
• Maintain controlled substances records and security.
• Follow procedures for handling pharmacy products from sources.
• Utilize accuracy tools and audit reports appropriately.
• Maintain records to comply with policies and legal requirements.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and signage compliant.
