Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the district states.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days.
- Retail pharmacy experience: prescription filling and verification.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level pharmacist consulting to patients.
- Educate patients on medication use, side effects and costs.
- Deliver immunizations, diagnostic testing and MTM services.
- Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
