Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the district/region.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver immunizations and other clinical services (e.g., medication therapy management).
