Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Must have an active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
- Certified Immunizer Required.
- Ability to work a variety of schedules.
