Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a pharmacist to provide expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients, educate on medication usage, and deliver immunizations and other clinical services. You will ensure safe dispensing and compliance while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited school.
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
Retail pharmacy experience preferred (1 year)

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
