Job summary

Safeway in the United States is seeking a Pharmacist to provide direct patient care and wellness services in a community setting. You will play a valuable role in disease state management, medication optimization, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice pharmacy in state(s) of current and any additional states.
• Certified immunizer required to administer vaccines.
• Ability to work variety of schedules including evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and counseling services.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks and interns.
• Maintain a safe, compliant pharmacy workflow and operations.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and patient care programs.
