Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders.
• Administer immunizations and counsel members regarding health care and prescription medication needs.
• Maintain confidential information and required documentation for controlled substances and other records.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures and regulations; analyze reports and implement loss prevention and safety controls.
