Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Austin, MN to provide pharmaceutical care and counsel customers on medications. You will dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and ensure regulatory compliance while upholding Walmart's patient-first approach.

You will engage with patients and communities, support staff, and participate in health programs designed to improve wellness and access to care. A current PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy and NABP licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; NABP licensure.
• Completion of an ACPE immunization training program (e.g., APhA, State Pharmacy Association).
• Pharmacy license required by job entry date.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including dispensing prescriptions.
• Counsel customers on healthcare needs and medications.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Model and guide staff on customer service.
