Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Active Pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of ACPE-accredited Immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care and dispense prescriptions accurately.
