Job summary
Clover Health Services in Ukiah, California is seeking a licensed pharmacist to dispense medications and review prescriptions, ensuring safety and efficacy for patients. You will counsel patients, monitor therapies, and collaborate with physicians on optimization.
You will also perform immunizations, health screening services, and maintain accurate controlled-substance records while upholding high standards of care. Shift: 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM, Start 2026-11-09, 18-week assignment.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree required and current state licensure.
- Pass NAPLEX and state-specific law exam.
- CPR/BLS certification is required.
- Pharmacy internship hours completed as specified.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately based on prescriptions and physician orders.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, and appropriateness.
- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
- Monitor patient drug therapies and recommend interventions.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of controlled substances.
- Provide immunizations and health screenings.
- Administer health services (blood pressure, temperature, glucose checks).
- Collaborate with physicians on medication optimization.
- Report adverse reactions and medication issues.
