The role oversees third-party claims, inventory management, and coordination with the Kinney Warehouse and suppliers. It emphasizes customer service, staff training, and adherence to loss-prevention policies while maintaining records and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
• Strong communication with doctors and health-care staff.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and counsel patients following Kinney Standard of Practice.
• Oversee third party claims submission, processing and collection.
• Manage and balance pharmacy inventory for maximum turnover and in-stock levels.
• Ensure pharmacy files and records meet state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain professional pharmacy environment and customer service excellence.
• Train and develop pharmacy staff including Kinney Clerk/Technician training.
• Interface with auditors and external agencies as required.
