• Counsel members regarding health care and prescription medication needs.
• Maintain confidential information and required documentation for controlled medications.
• Model and guide associates on member service approaches to resolve issues within company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations; monitor loss prevention and safety controls.
