Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmaceutical care by processing and dispensing prescriptions and counseling customers.
• Maintains confidential information and required documentation; ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participates in immunization programs and supports safety, quality assurance, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Ensures accurate dispensing, patient counseling, and documentation in alignment with SOPs and state laws.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
