Job summary

WALGREENS is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to provide expert-level consulting services to patients and deliver a range of clinical healthcare services. Your role will include educating patients on medications, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and mentoring team members in a collaborative environment.

Applicants must hold a BS in Pharmacy, have current licensure, and are encouraged to achieve certification as an Immunizer. This role provides competitive pay ranging from $60.90/hr to $82.30/hr.

Qualifications

• Eligible for certification as an Immunizer within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting preferred.

Basic Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance.
