Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Licensed, registered Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• 6 months experience practicing pharmacy.
• Ability to perform any necessary pharmacy math.
• Read, comprehend and implement company policies and procedures and pharmacy statutes in daily practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with policy and statutes.
• Review and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Verify work by technicians and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling over the phone and answer drug questions.
• Maintain a high level of professional service at all times.
• Keep licensure current and report any disciplinary actions.
