Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Immunizations and patient counseling
• Supervising pharmacy team during shifts and supporting Pharmacy Manager
• Ensuring compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies
