CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations, counsel patients, and ensure safe dispensing at a CVS location in Florida. The role supports the Pharmacy Manager and serves as proxy when needed, maintaining compliance and high service standards.

Responsibilities include immunizations, inventory control (including cold chain), and resolving insurance issues while delivering compassionate patient care and coaching the pharmacy team.

Formación

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pharmacy operations under the Pharmacy Manager and ensure safe dispensing.
• Provide immunizations and patient counseling to improve outcomes.
• Oversee prescription fulfillment and maintain compliance with state regulations.
• Coach and supervise pharmacy staff during bench shifts.
• Maintain inventory, including cold chain products, and address insurance issues.
