• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe and accurate prescription dispensing and counseling.
• Lead pharmacy team in absence of the Pharmacy Manager and ensure compliance.
• Support immunizations and patient care services.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Maintain inventory control and safety standards.
