Job summary

Meijer Pharmacy in Michigan seeks a licensed pharmacist to fill prescriptions accurately, educate patients, and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues and leadership.

In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, you will manage daily pharmacy operations, mentor technicians, and help expand the pharmacy business while upholding Meijer policies and patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist must hold a PharmD or a BS in Pharmacy.
• Must be registered and licensed in the practicing state.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• Know-how of pharmacy policies, procedures, and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.
• Mentor and educate pharmacy technicians.
